Mouldings on the starboard side
On the starboard side the mouldings are nearly all on. Only the curve at the bow remains, and that is the hardest part by far, so I am saving it for a moment when I have more patience.
For the lines I have followed the drawing. They match the photo on the front of the book “HMS Diana: The Anatomy of the Ship”, which gave me enough confidence. That means they differ quite a bit from the lines Piet has in his build log. His mouldings run across the hull differently, and that looks good too. Simply a choice.

The channels are of course still dry fitted, because I will only fix them once the mouldings are fully on and I am certain that the chainplates do not run across a port anywhere. They are only there now so I can lay the mouldings neatly around them. The photos are a bit rubbish because of the poor light, but the idea is clear.
